Imagine yourself waking up in Greece…
… Life is already dancing all around you on this magical island in the Mediterranean. Your day begins with the sound of waves, birdsong, cicadas and gentle instrumental music supporting your yoga class, which is in the middle of a beautiful olive grove, overlooking the Ionian Sea.
After you enjoy a healthy breakfast with a tribe of like-minded people coming from all over the world, before moving into Greece’s most gorgeous dance hall for a movement workshop, led by an amazing team of skilled facilitators, guiding you to activate your body and energy.
You will have a chance to explore many different forms of embodiment, energy work and creative play, to help you reconnect with your body and awaken the Dancer within.
Afternoons are (mostly) free so you can integrate as you wish – take a dip in the refreshing sea, bask in the sun, receive a massage, explore the beautiful coast, mingle with new friends, or simply rest in the Greek way – with a silent Siesta. Dinners are also recommended by one of the many seaside restaurants, another chance to share some local cuisine with new and old friends.
After dinner we continue our journey at the Buddha Hall with some joyful and deeply moving dance ceremony’s to celebrate our sacred body, this amazing life, and our wonderful community.

2026 The Heart Chakra: The Dance of Presence
Next year’s odyssey is dedicated to the discovery of Love. It will be a quest to unlock, open and activate the Heart Chakra through dance, movement, stillness and presence.
The Heart Chakra is the seat of the soul, and the gateway between the lower and higher realms. Uniting underlying themes of connection, trust, acceptance, forgiveness and more, we will dive deep into the somatic exploration of Love – with the Self, with the Other, and with the Source.
